Refund Policy

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer customers a return window of 14 to 26 days from the date of delivery for eligible items, backed by a money-back guarantee. After this period has passed, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Please note: This policy does not apply to custom Gis or personalized gear. Once an item has been customized with your name, logo, or brand, it becomes uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.

Eligible Refund Cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or was damaged during transit
  • You received an incorrect size, color, or product

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • If the wrong size, color, or item was ordered by mistake, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer

To process any return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that refunds cover the product cost only.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, double-check your bank account once again.
  2. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Then, reach out to your bank, since there is often a processing period before refunds appear.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Only regular, non-customized items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, customized products cannot be refunded. Once an item has been personalized with your name, logo, or brand, it becomes uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@srgears.com and send your item to the following address:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, it will include the product value only.
